Texas Pro Trailer Rentals ("we," "us") is a self-serve trailer rental business in Jacksonville, Texas, operated by Ironwood Operations Group LLC, 355 Woodlawn Ave, Unit B, Jacksonville, TX 75766. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use texasprotrailerrentals.com and our rental services.

Information We Collect

When you book a rental we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, billing and payment information, and photos of your driver's license and proof of insurance for verification. During your rental we collect trailer inspection photos you upload and rental status records.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and manage your reservation, verify your identity and insurance, collect payment and security deposits, send rental notifications (booking confirmations, gate codes, lockbox PINs, reminders, and return confirmations), provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. If you separately opt in to email updates, we may email you about promotions and new trailers; you can unsubscribe at any time.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business — payment processing, SMS and email delivery, and website hosting — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you check the SMS consent box when booking, you agree to receive automated text messages from Texas Pro Trailer Rentals about your reservation, including booking confirmations, gate codes, lockbox PINs, pickup and return reminders, return confirmations, and a post-rental review request. Message frequency varies by rental, up to 10 messages per rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

Uploaded driver's license and insurance documents are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you choose to keep them on file for faster future bookings. Reservation, payment, and consent records are kept as required for business, tax, and legal purposes.
