1. Rental Agreement

By booking a trailer through Texas Pro Trailer Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The renter is responsible for the safe operation of the trailer during the rental period.

2. Deposit Policy

A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be authorized (held) on your card at the time of booking and released within 3-5 business days after the trailer is returned in good condition.

3. Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period. An optional Damage Waiver is available to reduce liability. If damage occurs, the deposit may be captured to cover repair costs.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. SMS Terms

Program: Texas Pro Trailer Rentals Rental Alerts. When you check the SMS consent box during booking at texasprotrailerrentals.com/book, you agree to receive automated text messages about your reservation, including booking confirmations, gate codes, lockbox PINs, pickup and return reminders, return confirmations, and a post-rental review request.

Message frequency varies by rental, up to 10 messages per rental. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact support@texasprotrailerrentals.com or (903) 541-9287.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
